About the Role
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sports/Massage Therapist to join our friendly team and work alongside our chiropractors and other therapists.
You will play an important role in supporting our clients on their health and wellbeing journey. Treatments may include massage for clients experiencing pain or muscular tension, relaxation and stress reduction, as well as sports performance, recovery and injury prevention.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of professional massage and sports therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Assess clients appropriately and adapt treatments where necessary.
- Explain the benefits of massage and complementary therapies clearly and confidently.
- Communicate effectively with clients, chiropractors and other therapists.
- Recognise when it is appropriate to refer clients to another therapist or healthcare professional.
- Maintain a professional, friendly and welcoming manner at all times.
- Respond to client enquiries and requests.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and professionalism.
- Help develop a busy list of regular and returning clients.
- Participate in occasional promotional and marketing events to help build your client base and promote the clinic.
- Be comfortable contributing to the clinic’s social media presence, including appearing in photos and videos where appropriate.

- Happy to support the wider team, including providing holiday cover where possible.
Must-Haves
- Weekend availability, particularly Saturdays.
- Willingness to take part in marketing and promotional events to help promote the clinic and develop your client base.
- Comfortable appearing on and contributing to social media, including being happy to feature in photos, videos or other social media content when required.
- A positive attitude towards helping with the wider promotion and growth of the clinic.
- Good communication skills and an advanced level of spoken English.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years’ massage experience preferred.
- Newly qualified therapists are welcome to apply.
- Up-to-date massage qualifications and appropriate professional insurance are required.
- Good knowledge of anatomy and musculature is essential.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
Working Hours
The position is initially part-time, with approximately 12 hours per week, with the intention of increasing to 30+ hours per week over the year as your client list develops.
We are currently particularly interested in candidates who can work 3–5 shifts between Monday and Saturday, with availability for some of the following:

- How long does it currently take you to commute to Bromley town Centre and how would you be commuting?

- Do you have good knowledge of anatomy and muscles eg levator scapulae and Quadratus lumborum?
- Would you be able to offer cover for the other therapists when they are on holiday? (if yes how much notice do you need)
