Franklin Hodge Industries Limited are leaders in the design, manufacture and installation of grain silos, cooling towers and liquid storage systems for the storage of fire sprinkler, high quality industrial process and drinking (potable) water. From our office in Hereford and manufacturing facility in Birmingham, we supply our products across all industries, locally, nationally, and globally.

We are looking for an experienced Draughtsperson to join our team. Reporting to the Drawing Office/Design Manager, you will help ensure the correct drawings are assigned to current contracts and that customer requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

In this role, you will manage multiple contracts, liaise with customers to agree general drawing arrangements, support the production team with drawing requirements, and work closely with the design team to resolve drawing-related queries. You will also be expected to follow health and safety requirements, maintain quality standards, and contribute to the smooth running of the department.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities across several contracts. A proactive approach to problem solving, commitment to continuous improvement, and awareness of health, safety, and quality standards are essential.

The successful candidate must live in the UK and within commuting distance for daily attendance in the office to be considered for the role.
