Home Based Charity Fundraiser

Do you want to make a difference in 2026, have good telephone skills and like the idea of working from home? Then this position could be right for you.

We are QTS Fundraising, an established professional fundraising agency who have worked within the fundraising sector for over 20 years and are proud to have achieved an amazing reputation with both our competitors and client base alike.

You will be fundraising for a selection of fantastic charities which we work closely with to include working on different campaigns such as upgrades, conversion, gift aid & legacy.

Your role will involve asking for increased or new financial support resulting in the setting up of a direct debit, inputting supporter information whilst following a prepared set of guidelines.

Some computer skills are required but full training and support will be given along with all necessary equipment.

Calling hours are flexible from 10.00 – 20.30 Mon – Fri & 10 – 17.30 Sat & Sun 10.00 - 17.30

You will be paid an hourly rate of £13.73 including holiday pay and we are not a commission-based company.

We are looking for caring individuals with computer skills, a friendly telephone manner and access to the internet to join our team of professional telephone operatives.

Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage donor information.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance fundraising efforts.
Provide updates and reports on fundraising progress to management.
