Job Description
We have some exciting vacancies for trainee composite Assembly Technicians, working in our busy, motivated teams producing some of the industries Halo projects from Formula One to Automotive performance hyper cars.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to trim and finish composite components using hand and power tools. Assist with the assembly of composite parts and sub-assemblies.
- Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Carry out basic quality inspections to ensure components meet required standards.
- Prepare parts for bonding, fitting, and final assembly.
- Use measuring equipment to check dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work closely with experienced technicians to develop practical skills.
- Assist in other production activities as required to support the business.
Training Provided
Full training will be provided in:
- Composite trimming techniques.
- Safe use of hand and power tools.
- Assembly and bonding processes.
- Quality inspection methods.
- Health and safety procedures.
- Reading engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
