We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Working Site Foreman / Carpenter to lead and oversee construction activities on-site. This vital role involves managing daily operations, supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, supervising experience, and proficiency in project management. Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules
Supervise and direct site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to relay updates, resolve issues, and adapt plans as needed
Manage resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize workflow

Join us as a Working Site Foreman to lead impactful projects with energy and precision. Your expertise will help shape successful outcomes while ensuring safety remains at the forefront of all operations.

We value your leadership in creating efficient workflows that meet our high standards for quality and safety.

Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Transport will be provided from our yard to site.

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
