Buying Assistant – Entry-Level Buying Role (WoolOvers Group / Pure Collection)
Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Salary: £23,500 per year
Job Type: Full-time, 12 month Temporary Contract (35hrs per week)

Join the Wourth group, home to WoolOvers – a premium women’s brand loved by the modern 50+ woman. This entry-level Buying Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in fashion, working across two iconic British brands.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the buying process — from product development and fit sessions to online launches — while working with beautiful natural fibres and timeless design.
What You’ll Do
· Upload new styles and product information accurately
· Support the Assistant Buyer with the department’s critical path
· Track and chase samples, submissions, and deliveries
· Prepare samples for fit sessions and attend fittings
· Keep key documents (range plans, buy sheets, trackers) up to date
· Help organise range reviews and internal sign-offs
· Compile best-seller reports and product summaries
· Request and manage photo samples for online launches
· Conduct competitor and trend research, sharing insights with the team
· Provide general administrative support to the buying team

· Clear communication and a collaborative approach
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
· A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
