Our client LX Pantos U.K. Ltd is recruiting an International Freight Forwarding Co-ordinator to join their business in the UK.

LX Pantos is a global freight forwarding and supply chain specialist now seeking to appoint an experienced level of Air & Ocean Import / Export Clerk to join our busy team in Slough. You will join in International Freight Forwarding Team that deals with mainly Import & Export operations and customs mainly from Asia or to Asia for very specific High Street Names.

* Location: 776 Buckingham Avenue, Slough, SL1 4NL, United Kingdom

* Language skills: : Fluency in English is required; Korean language skills are preferred.

1. Main role

Understanding of Air / Ocean / Rail / Road
Import and Export operation via Pantos system
Customs Clearance / Classification / Sequoia, CDS, IPAFF, CNS, Destin8
Invoicing and Settlement
At least 1-2 years of experience in related work is required
Customer Service, dealing with complaints / Claims, Shipment Tracking
Customs Compliance, Contract Management, Bidding Management
Monitoring the operation process and PnL
Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as requested

2. Other Working Conditions

Good excel skills and Outlook required
VISA requirement: Work Visa Holders who is able to work legally in the UK
Working Address: 776 Buckingham Avenue, Slough, SL1 4NL, UK
Annual Salary: ￡25K~28K (Subject to Work Experiences)
Recruitment: 12 months rolling contract
Working hours: 7.5 hours / day, 5 days a week (1-hour lunch break included)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Holiday: 20 days (Plus UK public holiday)
Insurance: N/A
Recruitment period: till 31st of August 2026
Recruitment due date: in August 2026

3. How to Proceed

1st: Document review (Written review of submitted documents such as resume, self-introduction letter, and certificate)
2nd: Interview (comprehensive evaluation of skills required for job performance through interview and foreign language evaluation)
