Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership qualities and supervisory experience to make a significant impact.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure high standards of service and productivity
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve organisational goals
Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Organise staff schedules, training programmes, and resource allocation

Skills

Proven supervising experience with a track record of effective team management
