We’re looking for a talented Principal Building Surveyor to join our Property & Estates team, someone who wants more than a routine role.
This is a unique opportunity to work across a fascinating and varied portfolio, from historic buildings full of character to residential homes and community spaces that make a real difference to people’s lives.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead on repairs, maintenance and improvement projects, carry out surveys, manage contractors and help shape long-term investment plans. You’ll also contribute to sustainability initiatives and help ensure buildings are safe, efficient and fit for the future.
What we’re looking for
A qualified Building Surveyor with strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage a varied workload and multiple stakeholders.
Experience with older or historic buildings would be a bonus, but not essential.
