Chef – High end Steakhouse

Location: Porters Steakhouse
Job Type: Full-Time

Join Our A Kitchen

We are looking for a passionate and talented Chef to join our brigade at our High end steakhouse. If you have a passion for premium ingredients, exceptional steak cookery, and delivering outstanding dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Working alongside an experienced Head Chef Oskar, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards expected in a quality-led kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Run your own section with confidence and consistency.
Prepare and cook dishes to Rosette standards.
Work with premium cuts of beef, seasonal produce, and fresh ingredients.
Ensure every dish is presented to the highest standard.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen including deep cleaning and washing up if needed.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality restaurant.
Experience in Rosette, fine dining, or premium steakhouse environments is preferred.
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and attention to detail.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
