This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You could be redecorating an office one day, carrying out property repairs the next, or supporting our specialist cleaning team on unique projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting and decorating.
- General property repairs and home maintenance.
- Basic carpentry and small building works.
- Patch plastering and making good.
- Minor repairs and reactive maintenance.
- Commercial and domestic cleaning duties when required.
- Working independently or as part of a team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every visit.
- Completing work safely and to a high standard.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in painting and decorating.
- Experience carrying out general property maintenance and small works.
- Practical problem-solving skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to manage your workload and work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Skills
The following are highly desirable but not essential:
- Qualified Electrician.
- Qualified Plumber.
- Additional trade qualifications.
- Experience within facilities management or reactive maintenance.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or specialist cleaning.
- Company vehicle (role dependent).
