Job Opportunity: Accuracy Checking Dispenser/Technician (Pharmacy ACD / ACT) (Trainee Considered)
Battlefield Pharmacy & Travel Clinic is seeking a motivated ACT / ACD (Trainee considered e.g. experienced dispenser) to join our team.
We're looking for individuals committed to providing exceptional customer service, showing proficiency, experience, and a willingness to work in all areas of the pharmacy.
Responsibilities:
- Completing the final accuracy check on dispensed medications (ACD/ACT qualification preferable but training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Answering patient queries on the phone or in person.
- Stock management, date checking, ordering, labelling, and some administrative tasks.
- Work as a team with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer care.

Requirements:
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services as a minimum (ACD/ACT training can be provided for the right candidate), ACD or ACT.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy.
- Genuine passion for pharmacy.
- Strong communication skills.
