Targeting, appraising, training, motivation and personal development of site-based sales staff and office-based administration staff
- Management and organisation of the Sales & Marketing suite and related administrative functions
- Maintenance and compilation of all reservation records and sales activity
- Manage sales team rota in line with business operating hours
- Record and collate commission claim paperwork on due dates
- Record, collate and maintain all staff records of holidays/sickness and any related information which the company may require
- Ensure all sales related paperwork and systems are managed to the company’s standards and requirements
- To research the marketplace and use the data to sell above the competition
- To effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
- To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
- To apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets
- To progress secured reservations to completion
- To anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation rates
- To ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process
- To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
- To effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints
- To represent Berkeley to the highest possible standards of business
- Build team confidence, act on signs of stress early
- Build strong commitment within the team to deliver the best outcomes for our customers

- Experience in collating market research and competitor analysis
- Experience driving high performance from a team, ensures quality delivery is right first time
