We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating and maintaining quality management processes across multiple workstreams. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and project requirements through the management of quality documentation, inspections, testing activities, audits, and non-conformance processes. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and customers, you will help drive continuous improvement, support quality assurance and quality control activities, and promote a strong quality culture to ensure project deliverables consistently meet customer and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspections, testing activities, and quality documentation to ensure project deliverables meet agreed specifications and customer expectations.
- Assist with quality assurance and quality control activities, including audits, compliance checks, inspections, and document reviews.
- Manage quality records and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, ensuring information is traceable and audit-ready.
- Support the administration of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality reporting, helping to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor subcontractor quality compliance through document reviews, inspections, and performance tracking, ensuring quality requirements are consistently achieved.
- Analyse quality data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities, support decision-making, and enhance project outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering, construction, operations, and customer teams to resolve quality issues and promote a positive quality culture across projects.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of handover documentation to support the successful completion and close-out of projects.
- Communicate quality requirements and technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all quality-related activities.
Requirements
- Good understanding of quality management principles and standards, including ISO 9001.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify trends and support quality improvements.
- Skilled in investigating quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Knowledge of audits, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to promote quality best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
