We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our growing Private Client team at Swayne Johnson Solicitors.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is looking to gain practical legal experience within a supportive and well established law firm. From day one, you will work closely with experienced solicitors, develop your legal knowledge, and gain valuable exposure to client-facing work.
We are committed to nurturing talent and creating opportunities for progression. For the right candidates, this role has the potential to develop into a future Training Contract or other solicitor qualification pathway.

About the Role
You will support our Private Client team in a wide variety of matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust administration
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Opening and managing client files
- Communicating with clients, financial institutions and third parties
- General legal and administrative support
This role provides an excellent foundation for anyone considering qualification as a solicitor in the future.

Preferred Qualifications
- Law degree (LLB), LLM, LPC, SQE or equivalent legal qualification
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous legal work experience is beneficial but not essential
