Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer service teams and elevate the overall experience for our clients. Duties

Lead and supervise customer service teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality support across multiple channels.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through analysis of feedback and performance metrics.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential while maintaining a positive work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, resolve escalated issues, and enhance overall service delivery.
Utilize analysis skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
Manage multilingual support operations, ensuring effective communication with diverse customer bases in English and Spanish.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and celebrating team successes.

Requirements

Proven management experience in customer service or related fields with a strong background in supervising teams.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams and managing performance.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights and develop strategic action plans.
Multilingual proficiency is highly preferred to support our global customer base.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in supervision or management roles within customer experience or service industries.
