The Role

Senior Commercial Account Executive
Circa £40,000 - £50,0000 per year Salary
Full-Time position
Permanent Contract
Location: Newport
35 Hours Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Newport Agency.

About the role

Manage commercial clients insurance requirements by conducting regular reviews of their policies and requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored insurance or financial solutions, and maintaining ongoing communication.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire and retain high-value commercial accounts across multiple industries.

Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, including telemarketing efforts and follow-up activities.

Oversee sales administration tasks such as contract management, documentation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

About you

Proven experience in commercial insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Exceptional negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.

Knowledge of sales administration processes including contract preparation, documentation management, and CRM systems.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
