Elementa Support Services is working in partnership with welcoming and supportive Welsh-medium secondary schools across Cardiff to recruit enthusiastic, motivated, and fluent Welsh-speaking NQTs across all subject specialisms. Whether you specialise in Maths, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, Creative Arts, Technology, PE, or any other secondary subject, we'd love to hear from you.

As an NQT, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in your specialist subject in line with the Curriculum for Wales
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Assess, monitor, and support pupils' progress effectively
Promote high standards of behaviour, wellbeing, and safeguarding
Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues and wider school staff
Engage in professional development and fully participate in school life
We are looking for someone who:
Is a fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
Has achieved (or is due to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to apply
Has excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
Is enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching
Is passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
