Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with our customer's brand identity and marketing strategies, presenting these to the customer and formatting to print and manufacture for the rest of our team, including sourcing materials and providing new innovative ideas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across various projects, progressing from initial enquiry to final production of a variety of signage and engineering products.

Remuneration will be negotiable based on experience and ability and will be reviewed periodically thereafter based on performance.

Responsibilities Summary

Develop and implement innovative branding concepts that enhance brand recognition and consistency across all channels.
Design digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
Create compelling visual content including graphics, infographics, animations, and videos using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce engaging presentations and marketing materials that effectively communicate key messages for our clients or prospective clients.
Meet customer requirements with designs and offerings of proposed signage which our in-house team can go on to manufacture.
See projects through to completion, including working with the production team to quality control manufactured output.
Communicate with the customer on visual changes and approvals.
Gather information from suppliers in order to ensure designs are implemented by the production team.
Work with the management team in ensuring quality is controlled through all stages of design, manufacture and output.
Assist in photography shoots and incorporate high-quality images into digital projects.
Maintain consistency in visual style across all projects while adhering to project deadlines and specifications.

About You

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, and multimedia projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail combined with organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role offers an inspiring environment for creative professionals eager to make a significant impact through innovative design solutions across various media platforms.
