At Berry's Garden Services we're passionate about creating outdoor spaces that people love. The Role

We are looking for an experienced gardener with good plant knowledge to join our close knit team. Your role will involve

Maintaining and improving gardens with precision and care
.Working collaboratively with other team members
Communicate professionaly with clients to uphold our excellent reputation
Follow best practices in horticulture and plant care
Support the growth of our business through quality and reliability.

This job is for you if:

You have proven hands on experience in gardening and horticulture
You know your plants and how to care for them
You are detail orientated, reliable and take pride in your work
Enjoy teamwork but is equally capable of independent working when needed
Can work outdoors in all conditions with a smile on your face
You are confident in working alone in clients gardens answering their questions and making decisions with our backing and support
You are looking for a career in horticulture with opportunities to develop your career within a growing business.

Competitive pay starting at £15 ph rising after a succesful trial period
