Position Summary
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Central Sales Representative to join our team.
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Central Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting business growth by engaging with both new and existing customers through a variety of communication channels, including telephone, email, text messaging and digital platforms.
Working as part of a collaborative and results-driven team, you will promote PPG's products and services, develop strong customer relationships, and help drive sales performance across the business. You'll use your communication skills and commercial awareness to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions and identify opportunities to grow sales.
Previous experience in sales, customer service or telesales would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.

A Day in the Life of...
As a Central Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

Proactively contacting prospective and existing customers through telephone, email, text messaging and other digital channels.

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responding to all inbound customer enquiries and providing advice on products, pricing and solutions.

Ensure all incoming customer orders are processed in timely and efficient manner.

Promoting PPG products, services, promotions and new product launches.

Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products across the PPG portfolio.

Generating qualified sales opportunities and supporting the delivery of business growth.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and sales activity within company systems.

Developing a strong understanding of PPG products, services and the markets in which we operate.

Sharing customer insights and market feedback to support future sales initiatives and business strategies.
