Security Officer (Nights) | Sheffield | £14.56 per Hour | Permanent

Location: Sheffield (S9 1XW)

Pay: £14.56 per hour

Hours: 42 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off Nights

Licence Required: Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure and professional environment for our client, protecting people, property and assets while providing outstanding customer service.

Takes ownership and follows procedures accurately
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
Is reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards every shift

Qualifications

What You'll Need

Essential

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills with the ability to complete accurate reports
A professional, customer-focused approach
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work permanent 4 On 4 Off night shifts
Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC)

Desirable

Previous experience within corporate, industrial or high-profile security
CCTV experience
First Aid qualification (training can be provided)
Experience using access control or security management systems

Security Clearance Requirements

This role requires you to be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

To be eligible you must:

Have lived continuously in the UK for the last five years
Be able to provide a full five-year employment, education or activity history
Successfully complete the required vetting and background checks
