Trainee Mortgage Adviser (18 month Academy)

Norwich | Full-Time | Permanent | Fully Funded Career Programme

Start Date: 12th October 2026

What You'll Earn:

During Your 18-Month Academy: £25,774 basic salary + £4,000-£8,000 commission = Year 1 OTE: £29,000-£34,000

Once Qualified (Year 1) - £30,000 basic salary + Performance bonus = OTE £45,000+

As a Fully Competent Mortgage Adviser - £35,000 basic salary + commission = Realistic OTE £75,000+ (top performers earn significantly more).

Working Hours during Training:

Two days: 9:00am-6:00pm.
Two days: 11:00am-8:00pm.
Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm.
One weekend per month on rota
Once Qualified: The same weekday shift pattern continues
