Pay: £13.05 per hour (£23,832.30 per year)
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours/week, 5 days over 7
Shift times: 0600 – 1330 and 1130 - 1900

What you’ll do:
No two days look the same, but you can expect to:

Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plus fine dining for special events.

Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.

Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date.

Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines

Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Supporting with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll shine in this role if you have:

Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.

Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (e.g. HACCP).
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
-
Attention to detail and pride in food presentation.
-
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Experience with high volume bulk catering desirable
-
Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
