Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise the guest experience
- Handle payments securely and provide accurate change or receipts
- Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Support barista duties if required, including preparing specialised coffee drinks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in order-taking and presentation
- Experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is a plus
- Barista experience is advantageous for roles involving coffee service
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Pay: £8.50-£14.00 per hour
