✨ What we offer:

Employed position – 15 hours per week plus overtime opportunities
From £14 per hour
Holiday pay, pension, uniform, and full cleaning kit provided
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required
Typical working hours 9:00am–4:00pm, with occasional cover shifts between 7:00–9:00am or 5:00–8:00pm

✅ What we're looking for:

A full UK driving licence and your own transport
Previous experience leading or supervising a team is desirable
Cleaning experience is preferred
Someone reliable, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to supervise and support a team of cleaners in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and act as the point of contact between staff and management.

Our Clients: Commercial & Holiday Lets with the potential for specialist cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned areas

Lead, motivate, and support the cleaning team to meet performance standards

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards

Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; submit orders as needed

Report maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly

Ensure staff adhere to safety protocols and company policies Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning

Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities

Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and inspect sites

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Weekend Work: as & when needed
