Mobile Response Officer

Cheshire | Full-Time | Permanent

2 Days | 2 Nights | 4 Days Off

12-Hour Shifts (7:00am – 7:00pm / 7:00pm – 7:00am)

Join Our Mobile Response Team

We are seeking professional, motivated and experienced Mobile Response Officers to join our growing team, delivering a genuine British first-response service across Cheshire.

Our officers protect a wide range of commercial and residential properties by responding to alarm activations, conducting mobile patrols and providing a rapid, professional response when our clients need us most.

The Role

As a Mobile Response Officer, your responsibilities will include:

Responding to alarm activations and emergency incidents
Conducting mobile patrols
Locking and unlocking client premises
Completing welfare and security checks
Protecting client property, assets and personnel
Producing accurate reports and incident records
Delivering excellent customer service
Representing the company professionally at all times

This is a varied role where no two shifts are the same, requiring professionalism, initiative and excellent decision-making skills.

Essential Requirements

Right to Work in the UK
Valid SIA Licence
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous security experience
Excellent communication skills
High standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism

Shift Pattern

Our Mobile Response Officers work a consistent rotation of:

2 Day Shifts (7:00am – 7:00pm)
2 Night Shifts (7:00pm – 7:00am)
Followed by 4 Days Off

Regular overtime is available each month, providing additional earning opportunities to increase income.
