Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to join our growing global marketing team, supporting the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, content creation, recruitment marketing, and communications activities across TBS international operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional looking to develop their skills within a global engineering business. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and teams across engineering, sales, aftermarket, manufacturing, procurement, and leadership, you will gain a deep understanding of TBS equipment, technologies, and customer applications to create engaging and technically accurate content.
The role combines digital marketing, content creation, photography, videography, social media management and marketing automation. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, eager to learn about advanced manufacturing and engineering technologies, and passionate about turning complex technical information into compelling marketing content.
As your understanding of our products, customers, and industry develops, you will play an increasingly important role in supporting lead generation, brand awareness, recruitment marketing, and global communications activities.
Main Responsibilities
· Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications.
· Capture and edit photography and video content from across the business, including manufacturing, engineering, customer visits, exhibitions, and employee activities.
· Conduct interviews with employees, customers, and stakeholders to develop authentic and engaging content.
· Produce marketing materials that communicate technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
· Support the creation of customer success stories, product launches, thought leadership content, and company news
Digital Marketing
· Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns.
· Support in managing email marketing campaigns through ActiveCampaign, including audience segmentation, automation workflows, and reporting.
· Support lead generation and customer engagement activities through Salesforce CRM.
· Assist with social media management, content scheduling, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
· Support SEO and website optimisation initiatives.
Business Engagement & Learning
· Build strong relationships with departments across the business to develop a broad understanding of TBS products, services, and customer applications.
· Spend time with engineering, manufacturing, aftermarket, and sales teams to continuously develop technical knowledge.
· Attend exhibitions, customer visits, and industry events where required.
· Maintain an active interest in battery manufacturing technologies, automation, and engineering innovation.
Skills & Experience
· Degree, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related discipline.
· Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience creating content for social media, websites, or marketing campaigns.
· Photography and/or video editing skills.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
· Creative mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and industries.
Desirable
· Experience using ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email marketing platforms.
· Experience using Salesforce or CRM systems.
· Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
· Understanding of SEO and website management.
· Experience managing social media platforms.
· Experience within a B2B, engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment.

Pay: £16.41-£18.46 per hour
