Overview
We are seeking diligent and motivated Seasonal Harvest Workers to join our vineyard team during the grape harvesting season. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in horticulture and agricultural practices, contributing directly to the successful harvest. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and are physically capable of handling demanding tasks in a rural environment. Applicants should be prepared for physically intensive work and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure quality during harvest.
What you'll be doing
- Hand-picking grapes during the harvest season
- Working as part of a team in the vineyard
- Following quality and safety procedures
- Helping ensure grapes are harvested to a high standard
What we're looking for
- No experience necessary
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible, as harvest dates and finish times depend on the weather and crop

- Start Date: Mid to late September 2026
- Duration: Approximately 12 working days over a 3-week period
- Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (finish times vary)
- Location: Chichester, PO18 0LY
