Full job description

The Dartmoor Cleaning Company is a growing group of friendly, professional reliable cleaners. We specialise in the domestic and holiday let industry and we are always on the look out for great people who want to join a fantastic team.

We are looking for a new team members in the Okehampton and Lustleigh area who are experienced and flexible, able to work on a self-employed basis, mostly on their own but occasionally as part of a team. Training can be provided but the successful candidates will have a keen eye for detail, be organised, methodical, thorough and have excellent communication skills.

We can offer anywhere between 10-35 hours a week and is entirely flexible to suit your lifestyle. Please get in touch regardless of whether you are seeking full-time or part-time work to fit in around childcare, college or another job.

You will enjoy your own regular client base situated within a short drive from where you reside. Duties will include but not be limited to cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping/steaming floors, ironing and changing beds, and general housekeeping tasks. Due to the location of our properties, a driving licence and own transport is absolutely essential.

Key benefits include:

- An extremely competitive £14 an hour paid immediately after each clean. You will NOT need to provide your own cleaning equipment and materials, this will be provided for you.

- The knowledge that you are fully insured whilst you work under our umbrella

- Your own client base, allowing you to pick your own hours and build up meaningful and long term relationships

- Ability to remain flexible and work around family commitments
