Hotel Maintenance Assistant (Full Time)

Location: Hyatt Centric (Cambridge)

Salary: £28080-30000

Position Type: Full Time (40h)

Responsibilities:

Performing routine maintenance tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
Conducting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs as needed
Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems to identify issues
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Assisting with renovation projects and room setups

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a hotel or similar environment
Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance
Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
