About the Role
This is an extremely rare opportunity, we're looking for a dynamic, camera-confident Social Media Content Creator to work alongside our existing Videographer and Editor, focusing on real-time, trend-driven content for our motorsport clients. This role is about speed, personality, and platform savvy - spotting trends, jumping on them, and turning race weekends into scroll-stopping content.
What You'll Be Doing
- Spotting, creating, and adapting trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for motorsport audiences
- Filming and editing on the fly, posting in real time from live events
- Appearing on camera as a polished, engaging presenter/host
- Working weekends at motorsport events
- Shooting on a range of kit - cameras, action cams, and phones, not just phone-only content
- Writing scroll-stopping captions and selecting music/audio that fits platform trends
- Negotiating simple partnership/usage agreements with other creators for music, clips, or collaborations
- Ensuring all content respects IP, licensing, and usage rights
- What We're Looking For
- A portfolio, showreel, or social media links demonstrating proof of performance from previous clients or employers (view counts, engagement, growth metrics) - please include links with your application
- Editing proficiency in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere/Rush, or similar
- Confidence and polish on camera - this is a presenting role as well as a filming one
- Strong understanding of captioning best practice and music/audio trends
- Experience with creator partnership or licensing agreements is highly valued
- Working knowledge of IP and content usage rules
- Genuine interest in motorsport or extreme sports strongly preferred
- Willingness and flexibility to work weekends at live events

- Office-based in Paignton, Devon.
