Position: Joiner - Multi-Skilled Team Leader
Hourly rate of pay: £15.80 to £17.90 (equivalent to £33,000 - £37,000 p/a)
Hours of work: Full time, minimum of 37.5 hours p/w with overtime available
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire with mobile, off site working

Joiner - Multi Skilled Team Leader job opportunity in Coalville, Leicestershire:
We are looking for an experienced Joiner / Multi-Skilled Operative to join us in a hands-on leadership role, leading a small team and helping drive domestic building, maintenance, and upgrade projects to the finish line across the Midlands.

Responsibilities for a Joiner - Multi Skilled Team Leader in Coalville, Leicestershire:
- Leading a small team on domestic building and maintenance projects
- Taking charge of day-to-day site control and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Delivering work safely, on time, and to a consistently high standard
- Coordinating with other trades and managing the workflow on-site
- Liaising closely with Merisons management to keep projects efficient and high-quality
- Working across a mobile route, primarily covering Midlands sites
- Taking a flexible approach to working hours to meet client needs
Skills and experience needed for a Joiner - Multi Skilled Team Leader in Coalville, Leicestershire:
- Minimum of 5 years joinery or multi trade experience
- Proven on-site manager / supervisory experience
- A sharp eye for excellent workmanship and finishing quality
- Commitment to health & safety and professional site management
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across Midlands locations
- Valid UK driving license
