We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a welcoming experience for all who walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain accurate patient records and update appointment schedules using office management software
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and processing payments with precision
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow and smooth clinic operations
Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times

Skills

Previous office experience demonstrating strong organizational abilities
Administrative experience with proficiency in managing schedules and patient records
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
