IFA Wealth Management
Location: Near Chelmsford, Essex (hybrid/ flexible working)
Salary: Up to £35,000 (pro rata for part‑time)
Hours: Full‑time or Part‑time (minimum 3 days per week)
Holidays & Benefits: 23 days holiday + Christmas shutdown, pension, death in service benefit

We are working with a growing wealth management business based near Chelmsford, who are now looking to recruit an experienced administrator. They are flexible in the number of hours worked to a minimum of 3 days a week and will also offer hybrid working.

About the Role
You will play a pivotal part in supporting a highly regarded wealth management firm based near Chelmsford. This is an excellent role for someone with solid administration experience in an IFA setting, ready to develop technical knowledge and grow their career.

Reporting to senior advisers and paraplanners, your duties will include client service support, data and document management, diary coordination, preparing client documentation, and assisting paraplanners with research and case preparation.
