Location: South Woodford (London)

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Technical Support and Office Administrator to join our busy office. While experience in payments is a plus, full training will be provided for the right candidate who possesses a great attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

In this dual role, you will balance technical troubleshooting with essential office administration. Your daily duties will include:

Technical Support: Acting as the first point of contact for customer technical queries; diagnosing and resolving card machine/terminal issues.
Customer & Partner Relations: Answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, and liaising professionally with customers, sales representatives, and partner acquiring banks.
Administration & Operations: Completing application forms for new clients, managing billing for new and existing accounts, and responding to emails.
Data & Document Management: Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, scanning/printing documents, and keeping company drives organised.
What We Are Looking For
PC Literacy: Highly proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
