This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing luxury furniture brand, helping customers choose handcrafted, made-to-order furniture that simply can't be found anywhere else.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 5 days per week, including Saturdays on a rota basis, with a day off during the week when required.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into our showroom and deliver an outstanding first impression.
- Build strong relationships and confidently guide customers through the sales process.
- Help customers choose the perfect bespoke furniture, fabrics, finishes and design options.
- Share the Killymoon Living story and demonstrate the quality and craftsmanship behind every piece.
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders and after-sales communication.
- Process sales, emails and administration accurately using our computer systems.
- Keep the showroom beautifully presented and ready to inspire every visitor.
- Support the team with general office administration and organisation. Work flexibly across the week, including occasional Saturdays.
- We're Looking For Someone Who Has proven previous sales experience with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills. Has a genuine interest in interiors, furniture and design.
- Enjoys helping customers feel confident in their purchasing decisions. Is organised and confident using computers, email and office software. Is professional, reliable and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
