Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
Engage with customers to promote products and encourage sales.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
Assist in managing stock levels, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Must Be 18 For Post Office

Skills

Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous (bilingual or multilingual).
Strong organisational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Demonstrated ability to sell products through engaging interactions with customers.
Polished phone etiquette for handling customer queries over the phone.
