WLS Ltd is a Fire & Security installation and maintenance company based in West Dulwich, South London. We are growing rapidly and we need a first-rate Debt Collector with a minimum three years' experience to come and join our team.
Job Type: Full-time, 08.30 am – 5.00 pm.
Requirements:
· Taking aged debtor list from Sage and contacting overdues by phone and email.
· Sending out statements to all debtors on a weekly basis.
· Resolving invoice queries internally and responding to the debtor accordingly.
· Recording all debt chasing activity on Sage.
· Producing monthly reports of seriously overdues from which we will decide either to issue legal proceedings or write the debt off.
· Reporting overdues to our credit insurers as per the terms of our policy.
