We are popular and established cafe/restaurant close to Clapham Common station.
We serve breakfast, lunch and counter food - fresh sandwiches, salads and home made cakes.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista & All rounder to lead our coffee bar.
This position is full time with minimum 25 hours.
Previous senior barista experience is required for at least 1 year.
Main duties:
Responsibility for quality of every drink
Training the team
Opening & closing the shop
Serving and assisting customers
Ability to deliver all coffee based drinks, raw juices, smoothies & speciality drinks
General cleaning, restocking & organising the bar area
Assisting with Deliveroo/Ubers orders
