Here at Fair City Vets, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week.
Fair City Vets is a veterinary practice located in the heart of Perth. Known for our compassionate care, clinical excellence, and community focus.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Working Pattern
- Rota basis between the hours of 8am-7pm
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and empathy
- Managing appointments, phone calls, and emails efficiently
- Taking payments and handling invoices accurately
- Liaising with the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient records with precision
- Supporting a calm and reassuring environment, especially during sensitive situations
