We are looking for a talented, passionate, and self-motivated Self-Employed Beauty Therapist/ Nail Tech to join our friendly team in our busy, well-established salon.
About the Role
As a self-employed beauty therapist, you will be responsible for managing your own appointments while delivering exceptional treatments and customer service. You’ll work alongside a supportive team in a professional and welcoming salon.
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of professional beauty treatments to a high standard.
- Deliver outstanding customer care and create a positive client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote treatments and recommend retail products where appropriate.
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards.
- Manage your own diary, bookings, and client records.
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and maintained throughout the day.
Requirements
- Qualified Beauty Therapist (Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ salon experience preferred Not essentia.
- Confident in delivering a variety of beauty treatments.
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Motivated to grow your own clientele while benefiting from salon footfall.
- Fully insured and registered as self-employed.
