The Role
As a Site Based Maintenance Engineer, you’ll ensure the reliability, maintainability, and safety of site equipment and infrastructure. You’ll take ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance, project support, and flexible response to equipment issues across multiple sites, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety standards. Your work will directly impact the performance, safety, and availability of the organisation’s facilities and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
Key essentials:
Electrical qualification with mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical/engineering experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with maintenance, project support, and contractor coordination
Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work
Excellent communication and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in Chard with onsite expectations. Shift work is required 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm
