Set on the southern shores of Lake Windermere, just one mile from Newby Bridge, Lakeside Hotel & Spa is a luxury, full-service property offering 83 beautifully appointed bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, brasserie, spa, swimming pool and a conference suite with uninterrupted lake views.

The Opportunity: As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation of our facilities. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are kept to a high standard, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the department, consistently upholding standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning guest rooms, public areas and Leisure facilities to our hotel standards.
Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
React to guest requests so that we exceed expectation
