Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting the admin of our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders, and have experience with Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities

Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with transport team to facilitate operations and ensure accurate record keeping
Prepare basic Excel reports on ongoing works, reporting to the business development manager
Support administrative duties related to client onboarding, invoicing, and documentation management
All required training is provided

Skills

Flexible, Eager to learn, able to work under pressure, team player
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in British English
Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams alike
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
