Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow and reduce wait times
Assist guests with inquiries, menu suggestions, and special requests to enhance their experience
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area, including reception and waiting zones
Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly, escalating issues as necessary to ensure satisfaction
Support event setups or special functions by preparing the front space and assisting with logistics
