Ribeye is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Operations & Data Improvement Analyst to join our team in Dartmouth.
For over 25 years, Ribeye has been designing and building high-performance RIBs from our home in Dartmouth on the beautiful South Devon coast. Today, our custom boats are used around the world, from family adventures to serving as yacht tenders aboard some of the world’s largest and most iconic superyachts.

This is a newly developed role with the opportunity to make it your own. Working closely with our Operations Director and teams across the business, you’ll turn operational data into useful insight and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Job Overview

Duties
- Collect, review, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded
- Assist in the planning and execution of process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Support the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for new initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and recommend actionable solutions to enhance productivity
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operations support is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and database management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to analyse complex information swiftly and accurately
- Exceptional communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus
A bit about you

You don’t need to know your port from your starboard. Marine experience would be great, but what matters is knowing how to make sense of information and ask the right questions.
