Full job description

Company: Fenster Fabrications Ltd

Position: Aluminium Fabricator

Based: Factory, Torquay, Devon

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Start Date: September 2023

Working Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to thursday then 7.30am till 1.30pm Friday (40 Hours) (1/2 Hour for Lunch)

Salary: D.O.E

Duties & Responsibilities

Fabrication of windows, doors, curtain walling to a high standard.
Crimping, beading, frame assembly, gasketing, hanging sashes.
Safely handling power tools and machinery (training provided).
Able to work within given tolerances and measurements.
Manual handling.
Maintain factory standards and procedures.
Ability to follow worksheet/manual/supervisor instructions.
Assist with other work duties when required.

The Ideal Candidate

background in window manufacturing preferred but not essential.
Attention to detail.
Quality workmanship.
Excellent timekeeping & punctuality.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Able to work within a team and own initiative.
