About the Role
We are looking for a confident, charismatic and energetic TikTok LIVE Host / Presenter to join our growing fragrance brand and become one of the recognisable faces of the business online.
This is a highly customer-facing and performance-focused role. You will be responsible for hosting engaging TikTok LIVE sessions from our Nottingham location, showcasing our fragrance collection, interacting with viewers in real time and helping turn conversations and product interest into sales.
We are looking for someone who is naturally comfortable in front of a camera, enjoys speaking to people and can bring energy, personality and confidence to every LIVE session.
You will need to be able to keep conversations flowing, make viewers feel welcome, answer questions naturally and create an entertaining environment that encourages people to stay, interact and purchase.
This isn't simply a presenting role. You will play an important part in growing our TikTok Shop presence, increasing brand awareness, building a loyal online community and contributing directly to sales performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Your main responsibility will be hosting regular TikTok LIVE shopping sessions, presenting and selling our fragrance products to customers across TikTok.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Hosting engaging, energetic and professional TikTok LIVE sessions.
- Representing the brand confidently and professionally on camera.
- Introducing and demonstrating our perfumes, perfume oils, fragrance sets and other products.
- Explaining fragrance notes, scent profiles, performance, longevity and product differences in an easy and engaging way.
- Helping customers choose fragrances based on their preferences, personality, occasion and the scents they already enjoy.
- Giving personalised fragrance recommendations during LIVE sessions.
- Answering viewer questions and responding to comments quickly and naturally.
- Welcoming new viewers and encouraging them to engage with the LIVE.
- Creating genuine conversations rather than simply reading from a script.
- Keeping viewers entertained during quieter periods and maintaining a strong level of energy throughout each session.
- Encouraging viewers to follow the account, interact with the LIVE, explore products and make purchases.
- Clearly explaining current offers, bundles, promotions and TikTok Shop deals.
- Demonstrating products confidently and helping viewers understand what makes each fragrance different.
- Handling customer concerns and objections professionally.
- Confidently answering questions around price, value, fragrance strength, suitability and longevity.
- Creating urgency around promotions and limited offers where appropriate without making the customer experience feel pressured.
- Using strong but natural sales techniques to convert viewers into customers.
- Upselling and cross-selling suitable products where appropriate.
- Promoting fragrance bundles, gift sets and complementary products.
- Working towards agreed sales, engagement and conversion targets.
- Maintaining a positive, welcoming and premium brand image throughout every LIVE.
- Following brand guidelines while still bringing your own personality to the role.
- Learning key information about our fragrance collection so you can confidently recommend products without relying heavily on notes or scripts.
- Staying informed about new launches, promotions, bestselling products and current campaigns.
- Supporting product launches and promotional TikTok LIVE events.
- Working alongside the wider marketing, social media and TikTok team.
- Providing feedback on frequently asked customer questions and common objections.
- Helping identify which products, offers and selling approaches perform particularly well during LIVE sessions.
- Reviewing performance and continuously improving your presenting and sales techniques.
- Supporting the creation of TikTok content when required, including short-form videos, promotional clips and product demonstrations.
- Appearing in selected social media content where required as part of your role as a brand presenter.

Experience
Previous experience in any of the following would be beneficial:
- TikTok LIVE hosting
- TikTok Shop
- Livestream presenting
- Social media presenting
- Content creation
- Influencer or UGC content
- Retail
- Fragrance or beauty
- Sales
- Customer service
- Hospitality
- Promotional work
However, previous TikTok LIVE or fragrance experience is not essential.
We are particularly interested in finding someone with the right personality, confidence, work ethic and willingness to learn.
If you are naturally good with people and comfortable being in front of a camera, we can provide training on our products, fragrance terminology, TikTok LIVE techniques and sales approach.
Sales & Performance
This is a performance-focused role, and you will be encouraged to continuously improve your results.
Performance may be measured through areas such as:
- LIVE sales revenue
- Conversion rate
- Number of orders generated
- Average order value
- Viewer engagement
- Comments and interactions
- Viewer retention
- New followers generated
- Product click-through rates
- Ability to successfully recommend and upsell products
- Overall quality and professionalism of LIVE sessions
We want our presenters to understand what is performing well and develop their skills over time.
You will receive support and feedback to help you improve your presenting style, sales techniques and overall performance.
Working Hours
This is an on-site position based in Nottingham.
The role is for approximately 30 hours per week across 4 days.
Shifts will generally be 8 hours, including a 30-minute unpaid break.
TikTok LIVE performs strongly outside traditional office hours, so applicants must be flexible with their availability.
You will therefore be required to work a mixture of:
- Daytime shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekend shifts
Exact schedules will be organised according to the business's TikTok LIVE timetable and campaign requirements.

Pay & Bonuses
The salary for this role is:
£13–£17 per hour depending on experience
In addition to your basic hourly rate, there will be opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses.
Bonuses may be linked to individual and/or team performance, including sales and other agreed TikTok LIVE targets.
