Execute daily production plan to align with customer demand.
Monitor workflow across departments such as CNC machining, manufacture, painting and assembly.
Ensure all doors meet required specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Work with Technical/ Quality tem to effectively RCA on NCR’s
Supervise and lead production teams. Lead tier meetings and champion SIC drumbeat.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste (Lean principles)
Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee maintenance of all machinery.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and safe working practices
Control production costs, labour efficiency and material usage.
Investigate and resolve production issues, defects, or delays.
Maintain production reports, KPIs, and perform.

Proven experience in a Production Manager or Supervisor role within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Track record of driving improvements within a growing business. OTIF, OEE, Scrap reduction.
Turning challenges into opportunities.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (desirable).
